Kourtney Kardashian showed off her 45-pound post-baby weight loss in a gold swimsuit on the Dec. 20 episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Kourtney posed on an exercise bike during a family vacation in St. St. Barths.
At 36, the mom of three is in the best shape of her life, thanks to an organic diet, rigorous workouts and waist training. Kourtney, who gave birth to son Reign in December 2014, has lost 45 pounds since then, and is skinnier than ever.
Meanwhile, sister Kim Kardashian lamented she gained 60 pounds while pregnant and has lost 17 pounds so far. The 5-foot-2 Kim, who gave birth to son Saint on Dec. 5, weighed 190 pounds at delivery and wants to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.
Kourtney, who lost 45 pounds quickly after her two previous pregnancies, said losing weight the third time was especially hard. “I think I forget every time,” said Kardashian.

Kourtney’s weight loss secrets include an organic diet, waist training and rigorous exercise that includes yoga and cardio workouts such as running, Celebrity Health & Fitness reported.
“I’ve been working out with a trainer, and having somebody else to work out with really helps motivate me,” said Kourtney. “Some days Khloe will join me. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can.”
Kourtney, a longtime fitness fanatic, stayed healthy during her pregnancy by following an organic diet, doing yoga and walking a lot. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have also credited corset waist training for flattening their bellies.
