Here is an important news for all you JEE aspirants out there! On October 24, IIT Guwahati launched an official JEE Advanced 2016 website. The prestigious institute is also organizing the JEE Advanced exam. The examination is conducted by the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
The examination is tentatively expected to be on 22 May 2016. JEE Advanced will be held in two languages – English and Hindi. Students will be given an option to choose the language in the question paper. Students are also requested to note that the paper will not be bilingual. Candidate will be considered absent in the examination if they are absent in one of the papers.
Number of attempts:
Maximum two consecutive attempts.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidate should be among the top 1, 50,000 students in JEE Mains.
Age limit:
The age limit should not be more than 25 years of age. Interested candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1991. As per government norms relaxation age will be provided.
