Camel pose (Sanskrit Ustrasana)

Choose any of these variations.

Start by lifting the heart up rolling the shoulders down the back.

Reach forward and up to sky with heart slowly and gently exhaling as you shigt your gaze to the sky.

Be sure to engage your core & quads as you ground down into your shins and feet while you tilt your tail bone down to lengthen your lumbar spine (lower back) to not compress the vertebrae.
